Chic Hot Club Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to the use of gift cards issued by Chic Hot Club and govern the purchase and redemption of these cards on our website, www.chichotclub.com. By purchasing or using a Chic Hot Club Gift Card, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern the issuance, purchase, retention, use, and disposal of such gift cards.

Eligibility 

Chic Hot Club Gift Cards can be issued up to $100 and are redeemable only for eligible goods and services sold by Chic Hot Club. They cannot be used with certain promotional offers, applied to any account, or used to purchase other Chic Hot Club Gift Cards.

Redemption

Gift cards can only be used to purchase items available on the Chic Hot Club website. To redeem a gift card, enter the unique code at checkout. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards. These cards are issued in a specified amount, purchased on a prepaid basis, and honoured for goods or services. Chic Hot Club Gift Cards do not expire. There are no dormancy, inactivity, maintenance, or service fees imposed on these cards by Chic Hot Club.

Balance and Expiry

The balance on the gift card can be checked by logging into your account or by contacting our customer service. Gift cards do not expire and can be used at any time. However, Chic Hot Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift cards. Therefore, treat your gift card as cash.

Refunds and Returns

Upon checkout, the gift card balance is immediately deducted from the order total. If the order exceeds the card balance, the remainder can be paid with other methods. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Items purchased with a gift card are subject to our regular return policy. If a refund is issued, it will be credited back to the original gift card.  Multiple gift cards used for purchase will have the refund applied to the most recently purchased card.

Fraud

Chic Hot Club reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any gift card or order if there is suspicion of fraud, unauthorised activity, or violation of these terms and conditions. The company does not accept third-party sold or resold gift cards. 

Limitation of Liability

Chic Hot Club makes no warranties, express or implied, concerning gift cards, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a gift card is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, will be the replacement of the gift card. Chic Hot Club may terminate or cancel any gift card at any time, refunding the balance, less any owed amounts.

Changes to Terms

 Chic Hot Club reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.
